Spring Retreat Deposit and Refund Policy - Early Registrations

• We are accepting a non-refundable $50 deposit only during the early bird registration window (January 28th - February 25th)

• All balances are due for early birders by February 25th to lock in your preferred pricing

• If you paid in full and need to cancel, you will receive your payment minus the non-refundable $50 deposit

• No refunds after February 25th

• Please note all funds that are not refunded can be reattributed as a donation and count towards your annual giving
